Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy and our data processing activities are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The arbitration shall be conducted by one (1) arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of the SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
